started working at intel from august 2015. got 2015 focal as success and SSL level 3. Am I under risk ?

I read somewhere that if you were hired after Jan 1, 2015 you are not included in this action. They want to get a few years out of you until they throw you in the deep end of the pool with only so many seats on the boat. See you in a couple years.

no, if you started in Aug there was only 4 months to assess your performance so you wouldn't be impacted from that perspective. You would only be impacted if you are at a site which closes, or on a project which gets cancelled.
