In 2014 everyone in my organization (peg) got one. Given the historical VSP acceptance rate, I thought almost all would get it, but that does not seem to be case (yet, at least).
Any ideas on what is going on?

I can't believe how few people are being offered VSP. I lived through the PEG VSP and everyone I knew got the offer. Only a few took it.
The implied "low performer" tag might lead to a higher acceptance rate this time around? Last time it wasn't considered bad if you got the offer. This time it does seem negative.
OP, PEG did not offer VSP to everyone; for example, SVE blocked it to all except SL4/5...
It is cheaper for Intel to offer VSP and have people leave voluntarily than to go ISP right off the bat. However, this reorganization is not typical so who know how this plays out.
I think the VSP acceptance rate is going to be through the roof.
That's the million dollar question...thought by now I (and many others) would have received a VSP email.
Makes me worried that an iSP is looming !!
