I joined as an RCG only in June 2015, got successful SSL3 at my very first focal this year. Am I safe? Are new people more expendable because they lack experience and haven't quite had a chance to prove themselves yet? How will the new people be judged?

Just know that what you see happening to good people today will be what happens to you later.
RCG is safe
You won't be sent out until you are chewed up and spit out. Your job is safe for now. Here is some more info for you from another thread @H4Xj56e
