The leaked Info suggests ISP is pretty much the same as VSP package - ISP being 8 weeks pay + LOS + medical - Is that normal for it to be the same?

What is LOS?
CLS - LOS last time they did it for ISP, was that 3 weeks for every year? And this time is it 7 weeks of pay for over 4 years and 15 weeks for over 10?
so if you get ISP and been at company over 10 years you get 2 weeks + 15 weeks pay?
@cls, yes, during the last VSP we lost mostly our top performers and I know other groups had the same happen. It makes sense, horrible company morale, lack of a clear plan for the future, a focus on political correctness instead of good products, you can easily get a job elsewhere AND they're paying you to leave? No brainer, kinda like how the people who created that VSP had no brains to structure it as they did.
And don't even get me started on GDC and the huge purge they caused there with the VSP...
I'm also curious what the site closure package is or group co-location/project cancellation -- is it just ISP? Because there are certainly high performers there and I would expect that to be more of a VSP type package not ISP. Maybe that's why they're essentially the same?

To me the VSP package is a disappointment. Especially if there really is only LOS bumps in ~4 year increments. Last time you got something for almost every year of service.
I think more people may take it this time though with the thread of group co-location and project cancellation hanging in the air. How can you not start looking? And once people start looking "just in case" many good people will find something and decide to move on...
Oh, also VSP last time in PEG was offered to those with high ratings as well as satisfactory. If the rumors are true they've changed that this time, which is probably smart.
