Earlier some well wishers on this thread suggested that I possibly should start an open door tomorrow. Thanks a lot for that thought (whoever suggested it). But can it put me in risk for receiving the $$$$ package? Does anyone know of any prior ISP reversal in previous year through open door?

If you disagree with your performance evaluation that led to SL and have good justifications, what are the options, is ODI the only one? do you have to initiate that before you are hit with VSP/ISP or can do it right in that meeting?
This is how the process would go:
HR would have a meeting with you. while pretending to listen to you, they will persuade you to give up. They would tell you numerous people are complaining. If it is really difficult to dismiss you, you might get another meeting.
In the second meeting, they will use your manager's words against yours. You then realize that their job is to enforce whatever already decided. They have zero interest in the truth or fairness . At the end you gain nothing but humiliation. Whatever you are told will not be in writing.
I don't mean to discourage you from exercising your right, but just want to let you know what would normally happen and suggest you be prepared.
For the past year focal Intel has said employees cannot Open Door an SL4 or SL5 message.
You can reverse an SSL4 to 3 via ODI, but it can take a while. Not sure if they will be expediting these now.
When you said SSL4 in 2015/2016 is that a single SSL4 or is that two? I imagine it will be hard to overturn two of them.
You can do what you want, but Open Door is a joke. HR exists to protect Intel, not you.
Yes, there were some reversals of ISP last round thru Open Door. I believe it was this site I read about them (Can't imagine where if not here). If I recall, most if not all were due to MLOA so they were reversed.
