I fit into ISP criterion. but am on medical leave 'til end of the month. What are they going to do?

you'll be scheduled to meet with your manager and HR upon your first scheduled return date to work and they will give you your package and term you, you will leave the company immediately. By law they can't contact you about it while you're on MLOA.
