Any ideas why supervisors/management are not on the layoffs ?

Because they are all H1B Visa holders.
It is all down to bean counting. The managers are paid more and have been there a long time. It will cost more to make one of them redundant that it would an engineer that has been there a few years.
PK stated that last years redundancies were the last. But they brought Cameron and took on more staff that they now have to get rid of.
Would anyone actually come back here if they called and said they needed you?? Be realistic.... After being shafted, no-one in their right mind would ever come back to get shafted again.
Because they REALLY know how to suck upper management c**k.
What's funny is, they have their own groups, they promote each others. One manager did the right thing by sending an employee home and now all mng team are waiting for this poor manager to f--- up something so they can take their revange.

They have electronic team leaders, mechanic team leaders, supervisors, lab supervisors, maintenance managers.. we have more management than techs or fs. Why do you need two maintenance managers in one base? Why you need two maintenance engineers in one base? Why you need x numbers of supervisors in a base that barely runs jobs?
Can PA's Team do something about this please.
