i got exceeds l3 can I get vsp if I request it or will I be denied?

Grade 6 and below can only get SL3 or SL5
I'm surprised you got SSL3 if you are Exceeds Expectations rating. I thought they wouldn't give anyone O or EE unless they also got SSL2 or 1, but maybe it was a statement on promotions and not rating.
You will get VSP if you have ssl3 last 3 years
Intel does not allow ee's to self-select, you can only receive offer through meeting the criteria HR sets forth
Actually, can anyone ask for VSP, assuming they are not already tagged for ISP, early retirement etc.? .... even if they have been at Intel for only a year?
