Everyone will be relocated except the ones on ISP. They leave the company immediately after being told.

In my opinion, if you meet the ISP criteria and the leaked criteria is correct, then you will have a mtg with your manager and an HR rep this week and that will be your last day. I hope I am wrong. I do know of one person whose manager has already told him he will be walked Monday. He is at a site that was told they could relocate if they wanted. ISP is higher in priority than the consolidation effort.
your coworkers might be offered Relo but you will not. ISP don't get relo'd, you get relo'd from your building to your car and that's pretty much it.
