On my career with Intel, most managers with 1-3 people report to, they do not thing.

It's blatantly obvious in the last couple of year @wiu? You must work with your head in the sand. It was blatantly obvious to me when I started 16 yrs ago and it felt like it had been that way for a LONG time (to me).

I 100% can say managers will be cut if they meet the stock. The general focus is on gr9 and above. But the stock is the criteria so people will get hit at all levels.

At intel managers and HR look after managers and HR. It didn't used to be that way, but over the past few years that fact has become blatantly obvious.

I hope you are wrong about that because if the management doesn't get cleaned out this so called transformation is a fail right out of the gate

They will NOT let go any manager which is 15+Y in INTEL. And this is a disaster, which is hitting this company for many years. Besides, 99.9% managers are political pillars of INTEL, they do nothing more, just collecting statistics and making Politics to spread across the company.

Yes I believe that is logical next step under 'efficiency' actions
