Good for interview preparation and have some internal resources on companies. I met weekly to stay in a positive routine. But because the economy is crap and over competitive it probably a waste of time initially. They are just another tool for job exposure and preparation. Make the best of it

they will give you some tips on how to put together your CV and handle interview questions but the problem is the industry is in a severe downturn so this service is not really useful as not many companies are hiring.

I got some good guidelines on resumes emailed to me but that's all at this point. These people believe you are at home anxious, sad, under the wind starring at your PC trying to find the next job that doesn't exist day after you get sent home. I'd think it would more beneficial for them to wait a couple weeks before calling and emailing tons of shxt.
