Just worried I will get VSP instead of ERP. I will take the ERP if offered. I am a manger and I do not want to hand out crappy reviews for the rest of my time at Intel.

You will definitely get ERP. Not sure about VSP. You may get both. In that case, you can pick one or deny both. The email notification of your eligibility for either package will include the cash payout amount and the term of the medical.
No idea. Guess you get one more year. Writing is on the wall. Play your cards we'll and to your greatest advantage.
What if someone has SSL4 2014, SSL3 for 2015 and 2016, does not meet 75/55/65, not qualify for VSP? And not qualify for ISP?
I don't think you qualify for ISP because the last two ratings were SS3. So, my guess is ERP.
Most likely you will get enhanced retirement plan, congrats!! Just take it and leave.
VSP ain't an option with that SSL4. It's ERP or ISP. And it's gonna be ISP. Cheaper for them. Sorry.
You should get ERP.... I was on the VSP cusp until this years L2 stock.. I hope the posts are reality as I will be taking the ERP..
I guessing you'd get the better of the 2. Just a guess.... I can't imagine they'd shaft you on that one if you qualify for the ERP. If they do, I'd do an Open Door and push for the better package since you qualify.
You'll know Monday for sure if you get ab invitation to take VSP. Only a few hrs away.... I heard 6am PST but I'm not setting the alarm for it. The email will not self-destruct between then and when I get up. lol
