well, the Intel preferred plan through AT&T on your personal phone is different from having an Intel Asset...all Intel Assets get turned in when you term. As far as the Intel discount you may be signed up for on your personal phone, I left Intel 3 years ago and mine is still active...Intel doesn't inform the phone company that you're no longer an employee and I just happened to forget to ever inform AT&T to take it off so....

Doubt they "bought it for you" (as in "to keep"). If a work phone, you have to give it back, if it was an employee discount purchase you made, it's yours.
(Seriously? It's a wonder some of these people weren't 'impacted' before this).
