Seems VSP people get email on Monday. But ISP people get notified Mon-Fri. So if you email on Monday you are VSP and not ISP. But if you don't get any mail you're not VSP but you don't know if you're ISP (which may not come until Friday) or safe.
So it's going to be interesting to see who gets VSP on Monday. In 2014 in some very large organization everybody got them. Or it could be more targeted. So if you get VSP on Monday please post about it and it will tell us more.
