If I had 3 years and 9 months, will I not be pro-rated for all of it? Or just 2 years?

Less than 4 years aren't getting anything meaningful. Stick it out of you can to hit 4 years and get the few extra weeks pay
2 years. they wont round up/pro-rate. it is a simple chart.
