Conflicting messages on here about payment - The leaked foil says ISP will be 8 weeks pay, plus LOS, plus medical, but another poster on here didn't mention the LOS for ISP just the 8 weeks and medical care. Surely they will get LOS too?

I've been at Intel seriously for 1 year and 11 months. Am I going to get the LOS?
Last year ISP got 8 weeks pay(WARN) plus LOS.
It makes sense they do the same this year. They have to do WARN by law and the LOS is an incentive for the laid off employees to sign on their right to sue the company.
