I believe in karma . First level managers screwed our lives . I am so sure some knew this was coming . I strongly feel there is a tie/ understanding between managers and HR.
Plus our ceo and asshoke murthy . I wish all this souls the best . Karma will catch you . Hope u burn in hell
@H4D1fQP-srt First level managers gave SL4 and SL5 for people who took sabbaticals, bonding leave, maternity leave, FMLA. They handed it to any one whom they wanted to give an IR so that they don't have to deal with CAP, Open Door Enquiry but still get rid of them. I have worked for a couple of the worst first level managers at Intel and they have caused millions of dollars loss to intel from lost productivity and attrition due to their incompetency, but guess what they are all thriving at intel
yes, last year also i didn't see any manager got ISP... first line managers are doing all this.
It wasn't first line managers that decided to ax 12k people.
