There are a lot of sites in Ger - some of which have been under discussion of closure before. In th UK , there are small sites all over the country , many make no sense to keep open but have been kept for people reasons - the UK HQ (Swindon) is a target as is mostly back office functions that could easily move east. They are opening a new site in London and have excess capacity in other uk sites. In Germany, the marketing site in Munich could be hit - as marketing functions are being centralised in Santa Clara ... Could also move people to the Infineon building. In Ireland , Shannon is small and they could force moved to Liexlip. Then lots of satellites - Kontich in Belgium , Stockholm, Moscow, Paris , Milan, Madrid all at risk I'd say....
Europe will be a bloodbath / though employment law will slow it and make it expensive !!
