what are my chances, I have just completed a year at Intel and I received Successful rating as I am still ramping up and have SSL 4 what are my chances of getting laid off

You know this is a purely rumor based site; rigth? There no official ssl level criteria.
You guys will most likely be gone around the same time NEXT YEAR with two Successful focals with SSL4/5 (for 2015) and SSL3/4/5 (for 2016 performance).. as the selection criteria are changing every year.. :(
