I am already eligible for retirement by the 55+15 rule and will be eligible on August 10 by the 75 rule. But I meet the ISP criteria (3 consecutive SSL4 with Successful). What happens in my case? I already have a 1:1 scheduled on Monday! What do I get ERL or ISP? Any comments, ideas and inputs? Any any help on what to ask during the 1:1?

55+15 is not retirement eligible. It simply changes stock vest.
actually, according to other threads, monday's meetings are for VSP and ERP...the ISP meetings are occurring throughout the week and speaking from experience (HR) when we have done immediate terms in the past we tried to schedule towards the latter part of the week (Thursdays and Fridays) because it's less of an impact to people who are both leaving and staying. I wouldn't dwell too much, the ERP and ISP qualified folks might get a choice if Intel decides to be courteous, which they may very well be this time since this is literally devastating to so many people...
Oh, if you already have your 1:1 scheduled for Monday, I think I was right a moment ago (you'll be ISP). You won't also be offered Enhanced Retirement.
You'll know your answer on Monday when they send out the emails offering Enhanced Retirement. If you get one, you have your answer, if you don't get one... well, you'll still have your answer.
Just a guess that ISP trumps enhanced retirement since you're not performing up to their standards.
successful and satisfaction both same
Successful mean satisfy level?
What is different? I got satisfication.
just commented on the other thread where you posted your question...
