15 years and only grade 7... you should have left years ago..
Last years ISP was a warning shot. Any of you still working there after getting an SSL4 or less are just wishful thinking and dumb. Any SSL4 or below means get your resume out ASAP.
Oh well - I guess I kept on focusing on doing my work and nothing else :( I got my review of SSL4 in the beginning of April and started looking for a switch but I guess it might be too late
In case of ISP, What happens to my sabbatical - I have scheduled it for later this year. Do I get cashed out. Am based in California

Everything depends on the leak being accurate. As for BU's having different rules, I doubt it, that's not what happened last year.
