Because person @ service desk can't do much beyond answer phone? some teenager that got thrown up there and calls 'the manager' FUSTER CLUCK all the way around!

Years ago Sears owned Discover card,but sold it off. It was probably part of the sale to continue taking their payments for "x" amount of years,which must have expired in 2016. To be honest, not having to take Discover card payments has probably saved thousand of dollars in pay roll plus man hours at Sears.. I have always seen that Discover card payment customers just make their payment and run out of Sears without buying anything.
