i'm undecided on him. I've been in some meetings and he seems logical and pragmatic - sometimes brutal decisions need to be made - prior Intel executives were not so bold, hence some of them being shown the door. Personally, the company needs to rapidly go back to stronger decision making styles and delegate authority properly down through the ranks... still far to many decisions require the sign of from a GM... they pay well for senior people, why not let them actually do their jobs unencumbered.
