Has anybody that qualifies for ISP received a 1:1 meeting notice for Monday AM? If not how will they handle this many people w/o an invite? Come find you Monday AM or wait until Sunday afternoon to send you the invite?

I noticed that my FLM has a "private appointment" at the same time as our 1:1 on Thursday. A bit obvious?
I agree with many, IT will be asked cancel normal meetings and HR reps will squat in the newly-available conference rooms. They'll slowly cycle through first line managers, and for each FLM they'll cycle through affected employees.
I'm going to say that not everybody gets a 2:1 or even a 1:1, only ISP people. They may schedule larger group meetings for VSP candidates to explain things, but they'll lessen the workload this week to conserve rooms for just ISP folks.
As for how you find out you're invited, I'm going to guess a meeting invite no more than 30 mins before it happens, or more likely a "hi, please come to room XYZ" IM from your manager. I just don't see much good coming from giving advance notice, for the employee or the company.
Good luck all, and no matter what happens keep in mind that even if the company didn't value you your peers did, and life will go on. Just waive goodbye (using as many fingers as you wish) and hopefully you land somewhere far better.

So I wasn't too far off envisioning big tents in the parking lot @1xsy. That sure seems like an insensitive way of doing it. However, I do understand doing it that way due to sheer numbers and business needing to go on (need rooms).
I'm ready for this to be over so those impacted can move on with their lives. There IS life after Intel. Intel is not the end-all. Be positive and those impacted WILL find something they enjoy better. I'm praying it's a quick recovery for them. :)
@1yrm, in the past they had trailers in the parking lot. This is inhumane how many families get ruined so BK and Murthy make their bonuses. Time to rise up boys and girls. Do something. They walked me out last year and thank god I am not there next week. My heart goes out to all impacted. Hand in there guys. This is not the end of the world. Best thing you can do is get a job ASAP and pocket the 1 yr pay like I did.
@H3Ye6VA-1yrm understood, what you will likely see are b2b meetings...due to the announcement, business-related meetings will be postponed as the entire world knows Intel is notifying their ee's of their fate this week. The site closures, people not impacted or getting VSP/ERP will be notified first, the people being offered RDP (if that's even an option anymore) and Relo 2nd, and the ones who are ISP will be notified last, typically on a Friday to lessen the toxicity. Regardless, managers should be meeting with everyone on their teams, even if not impacted.
I don't like this one bit and I'm not even impacted. This sucks. :(
I'm 1slv and guess I didn't make my point clear. I realize the admins aren't involved in the scheduling of these. I still can't wrap my head around how they are going to do it (because of sheer difficulty finding rooms for meetings and lining availability up). Sure, I realize the impacted person has to drop everything when it's time... however, it might be like a game of hide and seek trying to find them when they are running around from conference room to conference room in back to back meetings. I'm having a hard time imagining how this will work.

I also forgot to mention, they don't spread the meetings out over the entire week because of the emotional toll it takes on everyone. What they will do is have one room booked all day, you will likely not even see your manager that morning as they will already be in the conf. room. Then each team member will be called into a meeting back to back. Some teammates will come back to their desks to work, sadly, some will not.
@H3Ye6VA-1slv they don't have Admins schedule the meetings, IT usually cancels whatever is scheduled and blocks out all of the rooms. The rooms are given to HRBPs of each business group for the full day/week and they manage the meetings with managers directly. There is nothing in the system as an attempt to keep everything confidential so you won't be asked to schedule these meetings, nor will you see them in the conference room scheduling tool.
I saw a guy walking out Friday night about 8pm carrying 2 boxes. I felt bad for him. :(
I'm an admin and I can't wrap my head around how they are going to do it. Just finding a room for a regular meeting can prove to be challenging a times. Also, if HR will be there too, and the sheer number that's about to happen, there must be a lot of them doing it since that's a fair amount of meetings. I just know I'm not being asked to schedule anything so not sure how it's going to play out.
I'm not looking forward to next week even though I know I'm safe. Not good times right now.
@H3Ye6VA-1kyo that sounds correct, as horrible as that sounds...your manager is actually doing you all a favor by setting the expectations upfront. When you get ISP you aren't allowed to go back to your desk :( you have to sign the Trade Secret Agreement form and all of your offer docs then you are escorted to the lobby by HR. So, it's good that your manager told the whole team to be prepared. Oh how my heart goes out to you all, I've been gone a few years now, I can't imagine being there for this, I'm simply heartbroken for all of my friends and former colleagues.

Manager called for a group meeting and told us everyone is expected to be in the office from 9 to 5 next week. If someone is impacted, the process will be lightening fast and advised us to cleanup the cube just in case.
I know that during SET in 2006, the managers scheduled 1:1s with all team members, even those not impacted. Those who were impacted were given their RDP or ISO (back then it was called ISO instead of ISP), those who were not impacted were told that restructuring was impacting the group and that they were to expect changes in projects/deliverables with details coming soon.
For the non-impacted ee's they were given a pep talk and told to be sensitive to the situation by not discussing their 1:1 with their teammates. For the impacted ppl being offered RDP, they were allowed to leave for the rest of the day and were allowed to tell colleagues they were RDP'd. For the impacted ppl being given ISO they were escorted out immediately after their exit meeting.
Once all the notifications were delivered, the managers met again with the non-impacted ee's and informed them of which projects they would be taking over (for their colleagues who were being RDP'd or had left due to ISO).
I suspect that they will meet with all ee's for this action because of the number affected, though only the 1:1s for those affected by ISP may be required to be F2F because it's been mentioned in other threads that HR will be present in the meeting. For those not impacted, likely only meeting with manager and allowed to be remote as HR not necessary to be present.
All my meeting room bookings got cancelled for the next week from IT!!
