White managers? I thought white people went extinct at Intel. Seriously though, I'm sick of reading people complaining about white people, Indian people, etc. People that bring race into anything are why Intel is pushing for the diversity and inclusion initiatives. Just criticize the bad managers and leave their race out of it. No one has any statistics to show which ethnicity is more likely to do this or that. It's not even possible to definitively bucket people into an ethnicity as most anthropologist don't believe in the concept of race anymore.
