Did anyone leak this? Any ideas? (Not the ISP, everyone has seen that).

Many successful ppl (no EE or O) with even SSL3 may get VSP. I was offered VSP, did not take it, then was tagged for ISP due to low stocks, and I am out!
does your manager have any say in who gets picked for VSP or is it based on focal only?
Speculation is that this group is the 'new bottom'. So yes people are free to stay if they want but all bets are off next focal
But you can decline VSP if they offer it to you. What happens next is another story. In 2015 they offered VSP to our group (TMG) and we all declined. Next came the site closure and move to Oregon or AZ followed by ISP. Time to pack up and leave ASAP.
heard from someone the criteria too long in grade... so if you are longer in grade than average and have not gotten anything but S S3 you got the VSP
