Anyone get a heads up or leak on the criteria for VOLUNTARY (not the much shared foil on ISP) SEPARATION? I was eligible last year (SLL4 in 2014) but passed on it, but I think the job market has improved significantly. Hopefully SSL4 in last 3 years will still be the criteria or they will lower the Rule of 75 to something closer to 70.
