Hi, I joined Intel around late Nov 2015. I got a sucessful + no stock (SSL 5?). I was told by my manager that for Grade 6 people who have less than 3 months no stocks is normal. I saw the same thing on circuit.
Based on the slides posted here will I be affect by those layoffs ? I mean are they going to judge me on 35 days of work ?

You should be ok. If you stay, don't ever accept anything less than successful with SSL3 without a fight. Until they come up with some other criteria that no one knew would be used against them.

You will receive a VSP. Thats how it works at Intel. So you will have the choice of accepting or declining.
I got the default my first year as well. The next year I got level 4 due "to my high pay within my grade scale" and boom....I was out 3rd year on ISP because of these two.
Just make sure you get a level 3 ssl next focal or start looking for a job.
Dont trust your manager, that's what they say- "no stocks for gr6 coz you were less than three/six months".
can these slides be trusted? may be slides are fake..some one just made it
Nope you didnt get a focal review, what you got was a "default" rating, so wont be included in this.

Thanks guys, I am in a "growth area" so I was told that our project will not get cancelled. However, our team will be affected by site closures. I'll keep my fingers crossed!
If you're hired right before or right at focal time you won't get a focal. They are supposed to skip you until next year.
you won't be included due to short time at Intel, unless your entire program gets axed.
You won't get impact by the layoff due to performance. But listen to me when I say this get the f--- out. Now. Intel is a sh--show. HR doesn't give a flying f--- about you. Quit and go anywhere else.
