Thanks troll... I will enjoy my new life. Can't wait for the enhanced retirement package to leave the mostly fantastic company. Hope you have wonderful career in some other salt mine..
And next years layoff promises to be even better. Murthy will be totally frustrated by his inability to affect the culture of Intel that 20% will be canned. Even better, he will have a hit list of mid to high level managers to settle scores with. Just imagine how ghetto the cubes will be by then.
The 2015 layoff has really been enjoyable for me as I work half as much, make way more money and no stress of layoffs or focal stress so thanks for the well wishes. I couldn't imagine working another day @intel or Inhel

Thanks, I will, OP. I'm taking the lovely enhanced retirement package and retiring early at 57. :) No plans on going back to work. How long will you have to continue working? (Key words..... "have to")
