It seems like Intel was already doing a pretty good job fvcking up the wireless business without needing any help. Why would Intel want to pay someone else to fck it up even more? As pointed out, Intel Mobile is F****D UP already. Murthy is supposed to clean the mess up. I expect a minimalist mobile group at the end that sinks significantly less $$$ than currently. Who knows, they may even dump the Atom and use the ARM.
They hired the a--hole Murthy guy so Krazyian could take cover for his failures
Because Murthy is the only one Qualcomm would give up to help Intel. Apparently Murthy knows a lot of things BK does not know.
