This is just getting started people. Intel makes nothing that the market needs. Intel is arrogant and believes that hordes of PHD level individuals will be happy doing sh-- work that can be done by individuals with AA or high school degrees. Intel is going down in to the sh--ter fast. Get money while you can before they just simply fire you. IF YOU HAVE ADVANCED SKILLS, GET OUT!

This is not "mentoring" for all you Intel folks. This is the real world kicking your ass now get off the net and start working harder.
This attitude that having a PhD somehow makes you a wizard is the reason for ones downfall. Nothing is further from the truth,
I love my work, I love the opportunities and I love my coworkers - some of the smartest and most talented people in the world.

Calm the heck down. The sky isn't falling and if you DO get canned, having Intel on your resume isn't exactly a bad thing. After the rain, comes the rainbow.
Saw my friend son who is 22 bussing tables in Macaroni Grill and while he has attending city college he could never finish his AA degree. Their family friend is a hiring manager @intel and offered him a job. He will be starting work @ Intel Folsom FM6 starting in June in their FA group.
