As far as Intel is concerned all employees are deadbeats
Diversity hiring should start up in another 6 months after HR clears the backlog of old white guys hitting the street.
I may be difficult for the people involved but its the right decision for the company. I have worked in CCG before moving on. I can say for sure that even if 50% of that group is laid off it will make no difference to Intels bottom line. in fact it may actually help the company to be more agile and get sh-- done on time. There are 2-3 teams doing the same work, if industry churns out stuff at 3 months these teams take an year or two, even those releases are of questionable quality. The less said about the marketing team within PCCG the better. The whole team can be dissolved and that would be the best decision for Intel.
