Thread regarding Chevron Corp. layoffs

Don't cancel your Chevron Life Insurance. Sell your life insurance policy instead!

Did you know that you can sell all or part of a life insurance policy you no longer need or no longer can afford? It is called a life settlement. And it provides you with the opportunity to sell all or part of an unneeded life insurance policy for cash you can use any way you want. Contact Coventry Direct at www.CoventryDirect.com and get more information.

If you were recently laid off at Chevron, look into getting some money for your life insurance policy if you plan to cancel it. Remember that Chevron provides you for free, a basic life insurance policy worth 2-years of annualized pay. This policy is through MetLife. After leaving the company, MetLife gives you the opportunity to continue coverage at your expense or to cancel it. However, this is a reminder that you may be able to get cash for it by selling it to Coventry Direct. Please look into it.

@emwk, I pay very close attention to linguistics, especially in written text. It's easy easy to tell you are the same person screaming "Spam, Spam, Spam" on this thread. Give it a break already. You are the same HR and MetLife troll trying to prevent laid off employees from gaining something.

Your Chevron Life Insurance policy may be worth cash to you. If you are thinking of cancelling your policy, first contact Coventry Direct or other reputable providers listed at www.lisa.org.

I do this as a service to my colleagues. I got laid off, I qualified with Coventry and got paid $2900 for my small (2-year salary benefit) life insurance policy. Call them and see if they can help you too.

I contacted that outfit and they gave me the runaround. I agree with the poster that says this is Spam and it should be taken down. To start with, no one has a troll like the poster below constantly posting of how great it is unless it is spam and they are desperate for any business at all. They seemed like a group that ends of taking advantage of people. Glad I didn't go with them. I went with someone else and got about twice as much.

For all ex-Chevron employees of age +55, contact the company of your choice and get a definitive answer on the phone or by email, if you qualify. I did and am happy for the OP's post. No spam here. The repetitive troll is likely s shill for Chevron HR or MetLife.

I repeat: The OP's information could be useful to the older 55+ employees who were recently laid off. Look into it before calling it spam.

They put $2900 in my pocket, where I was about to throw away my coverage for no gain.

The OP's information is harmful to the older 55+ employees who were recently laid off. I've Looked into it before calling it spam and it's definitely SPAM.
