I came to Intel as part of the DEC acquisition and was doing what the company thought was an important job Post 9/11. Reorged out of a management position in May and had a new supervisor inserted. July 1000 manager March I was told they went back to March/April and I had been a manager so I was gone. Management refused to give me my paperwork and sent an admin with a blank piece of paper to collect my gear. Only good point, I was bale to 'retire' based on age & time of service. had to fight to get the sabbatical I was owed.

Sounds about right. They will take all that you will give - down to your blood. Then, when they are done with you they will instantly show their true colors and treat you like a criminal with no value.
