Conroe well bore laid off yesterday and today

Two weeks severance and same for health insurance. Pitiful. Most companies do better than this for their laid off
Managers get to pick who gets to stay & who gets let go. If they tell you its randomly its B.S.
I would like to know how they decided who goes and who gets to stay. I know that the layoffs that occurred today they let alot of good and hard workers go.

That's what they had to begin with back in 2005/2006. One person in each department doing all the work with several managers running them to the ground. Some managers/supervisors were doing the work themselves.
NOV was a lucky break for everyone and everyone thought it would last forever. Negative.
It's interesting, if NOV keeps laying off the people that do the work, they will be left with supervisors managers VP's and suck ups.
There will be more layoffs off on the second shift.
The ones that work hard are let go and the one that don't do sh-- and on computer from when they clock in, there boss don't say sh-- and everybody see it let them get away with everything are still there not doing sh-- in front of everybody. You know who you ARE! Is that called favoritism, there pets, kiss assor they know something about boss nobody else knows?

WLY has never produced. Numbers are fudged to look good but insiders say they couldn't screw a bolt in their wet dreams. The machinist are Nancy boys. People in office are just magicians. Make everything appear decent.

How is this possible? This is a facility that produces unlike the Aldine Facility on Aldine Bender Road. The Aldine Facility hasn't produced enough revenue to break even and the doors been open since last year. Corporate Managers are racist. Layoff the minorities and keep their own kind. A class-action lawsuit should be done against NOV for discrimination.
