Thread regarding Intel Corp. layoffs

Poor BK

How about sparing us the crap about difficult decisions and losing sleep and treating the targets with dignity... only makes it more sickening.

Also before talking about transparency and such BS why not try to get through all the top voted questions. His shill comfortably skipped the questions about Aicha news and other top brass leaving.

Somebody should really tell him to STFU about the meritocracy crap and stop insulting the victims. With him at the top it only exemplifies an idiocracy.

BK is a sociopath, the hardest part about going to sleep that night was saying goodnight to his wife.

I thought that part was sincere. I'm sure it is a tough decision for him. And they are being very transparent with the dates and timeline, much better than I have ever seen at Intel.

Mr BS* BK is following the foot steps of Carly Fiorina running this Intel ship aground - his blow-bloug job HR and Legal team sucks. They all need to be fired to put the company back in shape. Intel board should fire BK

Well I can easily come up with a list of names of freeloaders who contribute nothing on a daily basis. They could get rid of 30% and still run fine. Here in NM we have tons of people resting on their laurels because they have been here for 15+ yrs who cant even do basic job functions.

agreed, I've observed multiple CEOs making the same mistake of saying they endured great pain and sleepless nights making tough decisions about layoffs, restructurings, etc.... these statements do no one any good; make it short and sweet and take the questions head on.

likewise, it is classless for employees to highlight CEO pay... as ridiculous as it is... again there's no value gained; CEO pay will continue to rise... deal with it. If you don't like it, strive to become an equitable, principled leader of your own business.
