Can someone explain what an ssl-3 is for those of us new to Intel?

Stock Share Level. You can find it on your Focal stock Grant letter, SSL-3 is basically the middle range that most employees get. Levels 1-2 are for Above/Outstanding, Levels 4-5 ( I think 5 is none) is for the lower end. You can assume the amount of stock dangled in front of you is a rough reflection of how much your organization wants you to stay around. that said, if your organization is getting whacked, your odds don't look good no matter how well you did.
Stock Share Level 3
SSL - Successful/ Stock Level. This has to do with your rating at focal. You could get a Successful rating and Stock Levels 1-5.

Don't know what one of the S's is (or care because I don't feel it matters) but it's your Stock Level they give you at focal. 1 being best, 5 being worst.
