Actually I am @ivp. Well, not IN Portland but in the metro area. But not for long! Just waiting for the early retirement to be offered Monday. I've had plans now for a few years to retire early and move away from here. :)

No repossession here. I paid my house off years ago (in 7 yrs). Some of us aren't dumbasses, OP. Guessing you don't own your house or brand new car outright like I do? Boom.
