If you have the numbers of cuts in your region, please post since we are NOT hearing much from management (There doesn't seem to be any clear/straight/open communication between employees and management.), so best way for all employees to understand what is going on is for all of us (fNokia+fALU) to communicate via this ANONYMOUS site. If you know which organization is going to be affected, please post. This information will help all employees get an understanding if they should start looking for another job. I understand the company doesn't want to openly communicate with the employees because they have customer commitments to meet, but we also have a commitment to our families stomachs.
