It is true that AIP did not renew their lease. They will not be in the current building within a year. If they are planning to relocate they sure are being hush hush about it all. Spring 2016, Summer 2016, Fall 2016, Winter 2017 - DONE.

The art institute of pittsburgh culinary 2016 is a huge joke. Recent grads are adjuncts and they only have two full time faculty. You are more likely to find an instructor on the smoke deck than in the classroom. The director is a talented chef but he's never there and only used for advertising. Only so long you can do the smoke and mirrors marketing. There is nothing behind the curtain. Everyone knows the gig is ending and just milking it to the end like the rest of AI.

It is still there. The situation is bad enough, no need to create more angst.

Department Oversight

All EDMC owned schools appear in heightened cash monitoring due to financial responsibility issues. The Art Institute of Pittsburgh is the most recent EDMC owned school assigned a financial composite score — it received a -1.0, the lowest possible score, for 2013.
