Even though i like sitting around 10.5 hrs daily, i guess im not scared
NOV needs an undercover boss to go in and really observe what is taking place. Waste everywhere.
NOV is posting losses to its shareholders, expect continued layoffs throughout the year at Eldridge. Business will remain soft until new orders begun to trickle in.
Sad part is management at this location continue to sit on their asses, squander the shareholders money while maintaining they understand how to run an efficient company. I bet they can't even define efficient, because it's clearly not visible at WLY.
The plant has so much potential, it can do far more, the management team are just out of date like stale bread.
Good luck trying to locate the Ops manager there after 1:30pm, he'll be drunk in a bar. The ME manager thrives on his ego of working at NOV for 1000 years, yet his team are strangled working as junior ME's and produce ZERO improvements. PAUL Miko Joker Vich needs to head for the barn and please have that smoking table outside that disgusting ME trailer thrown in the back of his pickup truck that he received via kickbacks.
And Frank no balls nobody at the helm of this sinking ship had better rethink his entire leadership strategy, else he'll be getting his slip too.
The end.
