I've never seen things this bad at Argosy. Managers stuck in the old model of pushing apps. Higher ups confused about people not going to school. Pushing an orientation course that is awful and looks nothing like the real classroom. You can feel the tension everywhere. Yet nothing new is tried. The SA model was a great idea in theory but the core of recruiting was kept the same. Awful "I'm just looking for a job." WCT. Justin Hartman and Gavlik complaining that people don't use PACE. Just all around focused on the wrong things.
