Just learned that Ginny Rometty will go 'undercover' on CBS's Undercover Boss' to be aired on April 1st. Set your DVR;s. This should be a real touching hour highlighting the IBM chief.

Yeah I meant it as a joke. April fools joke at that. Could you imagine Ginni on that show with all the milk of lizard kindness she has? She would make herself up to look like an old leathery gal (should be easy) and try to do fit into some job where she might be trainable by the group she was assigned to. Then she would hear about all the hardships of those people..broke from medical co-pays, suffering from PTSD from living under the gun for 10 years, being told you are worthless and worth even less every year. Having had their futures stolen and then their pensions, their overtime now after forty hours instead of an 8 hour day, the meal allowance taken away, the rotational pay, the ability to save vacation days for emergencies. She could try to raise the morale of her television show co-workers by telling them they may qualify for food stamps and what a good deal everything is at Walmart but they are all like Christopher Walken was on the Deer Hunter always with a gun to their head dead inside. At the end of the show she would show her true self an be accompanied by the whole board of directors who would then interview each person on the show, belittle them, laugh at them, and fire them for having a bad attitude and as a going away gift give them up to a month of severance and whatever state unemployment insurance might amount to. I could go on and on and on as I am sure many here can but I don't want to whine and you know me, I can see the bright side. American Express CEO Ken Chenault is on the IBM board of directors that voted themselves a 4.9 million bonus. He wont hurt too much with his cut.
That's a joke I'm sure, after all, that is April Fools day.
You can't put a believable human complexion on the grim reaper CEO that is recklessly driving a company to it's grave. How can you reward such a calamitous leadership failure with a bonus of 34 million?
IBM should be cutting her pay instead of increasing it, just like they are doing it at Amex:
