What's bad is my N+3 called me and treatend me about my job. Then they release my direct manager . we're still holding this company afloat and busy here. They need to fire all those transformation managers who are making way more than these little guys!!

"ding your appraisal" No kid your self. A high grade on your appraisal won't save you. At this point it's all a matter of how well your N+2 can save your job. Your direct manager has no say anymore.
