Yes, its true, and it has always been that way. They treat their employees like sh-- and when its time for lay-offs they could care less about them. I think its pretty pathetic that they are "pretending" to care about people in regards to "helping" them find jobs, posting several f---ing job postings and sending it out to the employees and "reassuring" us that they will help us land a internal job in an another department. Yeah, right. First and foremost, what the hell is all that talk about getting an interview when applying and letting them know first??? Because as I can recall, I applied and never get got an interview. What lies. But I'm sure since all the supervisors like to favor certain people, they will only give interviews to those that kiss their asses on a daily basis. Forget it, give me a damn lay-off instead, I will never want to remain working there, I think the day when I get the pink slip will be the happiest day of my life-probably more than my wedding day, sadly.
