I am very grateful for what I have earned from Anadarko. Don't make it sound like we are here for handouts. You might be next in line, and I am sure your hand will be out as well. We are all very lucky to be in an industry that takes care of their employees in tough times. There were a lot of us that volunteered to take the package, and I am sure that saved a few other employees jobs. I know some very good oil finders that volunteered just because they were ready to move on to the next stage in life. You are right that a lot needed to go, and I think there is still a lot that need to go. Maybe one of those are you, if you still have time to be on this site. Anadarko took very good care of us that left, but if you did not have a good salary and years with the company it is tougher. Don't be a jerk, because you may be looking in that unemployment mirror soon. Never think you can't be replaced, because every single employee can be replaced.

I'm grateful for all the JACK I got at Anadarko. I got plenty of JACK at Anadarko. Where can I get more JACK? Maybe I'll check on Craigslist.
