Stop saying people should just move on. Regardless of how it happened, people are hurt and need an arena to vent. Saying stuff like people can just move on and such does not help. Think before you say stuff like that. Some people who have worked for IBM for many years just to get to boot are really hurt.
Have some compassion people. If you got nothing nice to say but criticize people for venting, then stfu!
