When do u get notified after the 12 months is over on iLOA??? Because ot says that if there are no available positions after your 12 month period your contract of employment is terminated and you receive the inbound payment.

I have talked to our HR from MEA and she informed that there has been no ILOA candidate till date who has been terminated..They are all being called back.. The HR personnel said that they will generally confirm your joining during the last month of your ILOA..
I am pretty much amazed to hear that your ILOA is about to finish and yet you have not heard anything. Keep us posted with any development and let us know if you are called back.

You can check with your Geomarket HR before the 12months are over to know if there are any available positions or if your employment will be terminated or if the ILOA wil be extended.
I believe there are many people in SLB who went on ILOA early in 2015.Do you have any information if any employees on ILOA have lost their jobs after 12 months or if they have been offered a position before 12months?
