Let everyone know your thoughts on the new "level" you end up at and any info on bonus structure you were provided.

Same for me. I've been a "pro" in the same position for years delivering results, but no desire to chase the promotion. I was topped out in pay, but am no longer with the change. Review was 84 increase a little over 3%. Better increase than the last three years.
Was at the top of my pay grade and got 1% last year. Now there's room for my pay to grow. With the new system I got 4%, worked for me.
In TTS here. Received an 83 with a 2.4% increase. Went from a 13 to level 5. I was also told pay grades 13 and 15 were combined into level 5. I was an "associate" 5 months ago when I was a PG 11, and now I'm a "senior" 6 months later as a level 5. Quite the Cinderella story.
I was okay with this year's review. Score was in exceeds range and increase around national average. Got a bonus I was not really expecting (company did not do a good job letting people know they qualified this year?). I'll be honest and say I don't know the difference in pay bands, ended up in a 5, but no explanation on what is expected vs a 6 or 4? Overall no complaints for this year...I'll check in next year after everything implemented.
Reviews are given with little substance. You may get the full bonus next year if you are liked by the GTKY crowd. Hopefully the GTKYs are the one who bale out.
All of the 9, 11, and 13s in our group are now 5s and have the same title. Seriously, people who were associate level are now senior. This year I had an 88 score w a 2% raise and zero bonus. Last year I had an 86 w a 4% raise and bonus. There is zero incentive to work hard. We are going to hemorrhage our most talented people. Ridiculous.
That hardly even sounds like a change. what happened with titles, are there a bunch more directors now? Or did they change KMG or manager titles?
Went a lot better than my 1st round of NCAA bracket....wtf
I'm over it. This leadership clearly doesn't have the best interest of the company nor its employees in mind... Once again sh--ty raises for the sake of wall street.
NE is paygrade 1-3
I'm in TTS though so not sure if there is a difference. Although they said they were leveling everything out across the org. Who knows...
2% raise here too for a review that said I had a phenomenal year, it was a great year for growth, I'm exceeding expectations, etc. So much for HR/ CFO etc saying that they really wanted to revamp the system to reward employees more. It's BS.
As I said last week, this is a way to get people to quit without paying out severance.
so I was a PG 15 and am now a Level 6. I was told that PG15 and PG17 got combined. Why can't HR just be straight with us?
What about NE?
PG 9 and 11 move to Level 4
PG 13 and 15 move to Level 5
PG 17 and 19 move to Level 6
What paygrades move to a 4?
Bonus up about 20% over LY
My bonus $$$ was slightly better than last year.
How is the bonus $$ this year ?
@3erm, 84 was my score, 2% was my increase. Was an 11 now 4.
Let me guess. 2% increase in most cases?
3ify: For clarity what was the score: number? Percentage increase?
I won't go into detail, but I was greatly disappointed. I had a very good review score with a marginal merit increase. After 2 years of the same score I was hoping for a nice promotion from my low pay grade but instead received a very small merit increase and converted to a 4. At least I lost the associate title.
Sucks for all. No one is appreciated at Target for the hard work they do.
Honestly? So that some yahoo can then berate you because your wrong or don't know what is what etc. Troll on.
Does anyone know what PGs map to what levels in the new world?
