The CEO should have his salary cut in half & wouldn't be any layoffs. He is the 5th highest paid CEO in the world... Also they should quit #offshoring because they are screwing up big time.

Agree. If you compare his performance with our competitors he would get needs improvement. And yet we suffer the consequences so he can get his bonus
The whole thing is so disgusting. iLEAD? iCARE? Senior management be like "iLEAD the dedicated, overworked backbone of this company out the door because iCARE only about my MIP bonus." iREGRET buying into all this HR feel good bullshit cause it's getting me nothing more than an unemployment check and a bunch of crappy ESPP stock worth less than my faith in McKesson.
